All jewelry items are handmade and described as accurately as possible. Small variations in color or finish may occur due to the artisanal nature of our products. Product availability is subject to change without notice.
3. Orders and Payments
Orders are placed securely via our Shopify checkout. Payment is due at the time of purchase and can be made using the available payment methods displayed at checkout.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation summarizing your purchase.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship worldwide from France. Delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method. The Freya Label is not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and added to your order total.
5. Returns and Exchanges
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

with your order number. Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition.
Custom or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless defective. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and approved.
